All orders will process and deliver within 5 - 7 working days excluding PH, MCO, or during flood.
Frozen products will be delivered using either our own delivery vehicles or third party delivery partner’s vehicles directly from our warehouse to the recipient, ensuring they do not melt in transit.
We deliver to most areas within West & East Malaysia, but if you’re unsure if we deliver to your area, please contact us directly at +6012 387 0779 for assistance.
Delivery charges are RM10 per address for most locations within Klang Valley / West Malaysia. Free shipping for orders above RM120.
Delivery charges are RM20 per address for most locations within East Malaysia. Free shipping for orders above RM180.
Frozen products are only available for delivery within West Malaysia. Delivery charges for FROZEN PRODUCTS are RM18 per address for most locations within Klang Valley / West Malaysia. Free shipping for orders above RM350.

Return & Exchange
If you wish to change any details regarding your order, kindly WhatsApp our customer service at +6012 387 0779. Please note that any changes to your order (delivery address) must be made at the soonest within 2 hours after an order is placed to ensure that we have sufficient time to amend the order prior to preparation and delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to accept changes made to your order after that time, therefore we strongly urge you to please ensure that all the details of your recipient’s address are correct before you place your order.
We do not provide for any return and/or refund of our product after the goods are received by our customer. Product replacement may be considered if goods are damaged when delivered and/or incorrectly delivered. Customers are advised to inspect the general condition of the products immediately upon receipt of the delivery.
