Shipping
All orders will be processed and delivered within 5-7 working days, excluding public holidays, Movement Control Order (MCO) periods, or during floods.

Frozen products will be delivered using either our own vehicles or those of our third-party delivery partners, directly from our warehouse to the recipient, ensuring they remain frozen during transit.

Delivery charges for orders below 5kg are RM10 per address for most locations within Klang Valley and West Malaysia. Shipping fees are based on the total product weight.

Delivery charges for orders below 5kg are RM30 per address for most locations within East Malaysia. Shipping fees are based on the total product weight.

Frozen products are only available for delivery within West Malaysia. Delivery charges for frozen products are RM20 per address for most locations within Klang Valley and West Malaysia. Shipping fees are also based on the total product weight.

For corporate purchases or bulk orders of more than 5 cartons (100 packets or more), please contact us directly at +6012 387 0779 for a more convenient arrangement.


Return & Exchange
If you wish to change any details regarding your order, please WhatsApp our customer service at +6012 387 0779. Any changes to your order, such as the delivery address, must be made within 3 hours of placing the order to ensure we have sufficient time to amend the details before preparation and delivery.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that changes made after this period will be accepted, so we strongly urge you to ensure that all recipient address details are correct before placing your order.

We do not offer returns or refunds after the goods have been received by the customer. However, product replacements may be considered if the goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered. Customers are advised to inspect the condition of the products immediately upon receipt of delivery.
